Job Title: Senior Customer Support Engineer (L3)
Our client Onfido, a leading identity verification technology company, is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer (L3) to join their global 24/7 support team. You will provide expert-level technical support to ensure successful integrations with Onfido’s solutions.
In this role, you will:
- Troubleshoot complex issues with Onfido’s SDKs, API, and no-code products
- Become an expert on Onfido’s identity verification offerings
- Improve internal processes and represent the voice of the customer
- Work cross-functionally to resolve customer reported issues
- Respond quickly to support cases and prioritize based on urgency
Requirements:
- 5+ years in customer support or software support roles
- Coding experience in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or Swift
- SQL and REST APIs experience
- AWS cloud knowledge
- Analytical skills to diagnose complex problems
