Our client Onfido, a leading identity verification technology company, is seeking a Senior Customer Support Engineer (L3) to join their global 24/7 support team. You will provide expert-level technical support to ensure successful integrations with Onfido’s solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Troubleshoot complex issues with Onfido’s SDKs, API, and no-code products
  • Become an expert on Onfido’s identity verification offerings
  • Improve internal processes and represent the voice of the customer
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer reported issues
  • Respond quickly to support cases and prioritize based on urgency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in customer support or software support roles
  • Coding experience in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, or Swift
  • SQL and REST APIs experience
  • AWS cloud knowledge
  • Analytical skills to diagnose complex problems
