Accirro, a leading global recruitment platform, is partnering with a fast-growing digital agency to hire a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing accounts.

You will:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, leads, and marketing
  • Develop and execute strategies to pitch our services to potential clients
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts to drive retention
  • Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in a business development role, ideally at a digital agency
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated with the drive to hit targets
