Accirro, a leading global recruitment platform, is partnering with a fast-growing digital agency to hire a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing accounts.
You will:
- Prospect for new business opportunities through networking, leads, and marketing
- Develop and execute strategies to pitch our services to potential clients
- Manage and expand relationships with existing accounts to drive retention
- Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment
- Continuously analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 3+ years in a business development role, ideally at a digital agency
- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong research, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM platforms
- Self-motivated with the drive to hit targets
